Halian BV- IT Resource in the Netherlands |
Established
in April 2003, and based at Amersfoort Halian Netherlands BV, provides
resourcing services to a number of global retail banks and
telecommunication companies.
The company uses its
extensive network of local and international consultants to supply
individual technical skills, but also pre-sales, resourcing experts and
delivery resources to companies throughout the Netherlands. Recognised
experts in resourcing, providing, and managing information technology
resources Halian is also a preferred partner to Sun Microsystems.
As well as offering straightforward technical resources, Halian is also
able to provide a comprehensive solution to companies across the
region. A case in point is a telecommunications client in the
Netherlands where we facilitated a smooth transition from outsourcing
to insourcing, operating in a heterogeneous environment we also managed
and supported a Sun Solaris and Windows system.
Every resourcing project undertaken is approached in a methodical way
and managed by a professional resourcing manager. To find you the right
people our team technically vet, interview, check references, and carry
out personality assessments to ensure we find the right people. We
ensure that all candidates that we present are technically able, have a
good cultural fit and comply with any local employment legislation.
Quality and continuous improvement is important to us and so we
regularly monitor performance. We work with our consultants to plan
progress meetings, perform evaluations, and organise workshops geared
to improve our people’s skills.
