Jon Halpenny |
European Sales Director
As
a founding Director of Halian in 1996, Jon has been at the forefront of
growing the company by insisting on high levels of client satisfaction
and the philosophy of going that extra mile. As a result, Halian is
able to support you in the delivery of your IT strategy, support, and
delivery of complex projects across the globe.
Launching his resourcing career in 1989 Jon is able to share a wealth
of experience in finding the right people for roles across a wide range
of industry sectors including, Telco, Media, Systems Integration,
Travel, Transport and Pharmaceuticals. Jon recognises that people do
make all the difference to your success and this was learnt in his
early resourcing years when he was instrumental in growing
DECExecutive, Digital's Consulting and staffing business in the UK from
a near start-up to a 20m+ business in 5 years.
In the last 10 years as Joint CEO and European Sales Director of Halian
Jon has helped to grow Halian's business offerings to support your IT
operations in the UK and across Europe and Scandinavia. Jon says “I

obsession with client satisfaction and our willingness to go that extra
