Levon Antonian - Group Managing Director

Levon, as a founding Director of Halian, is passionate about innovation and growing business value for Halian’s customers. More

Before starting up Halian he enjoyed a very successful career at Digital Equipment Company (DEC) from 1993 and here developed a broad knowledge of consulting and systems integration projects all of which has gone into developing Halian’s current core service offerings.

“As Halian continues to grow in the UK, Europe, The Middle East and Africa, my job is to ensure that we carry on providing the level of service that exceeds our customers’ expectations and help to build strong business partnerships across the group.”

 

Jon Halpenny - European Sales Director

As a founding Director of Halian, Jon has been at the forefront of growing the company by insisting on high levels of client satisfaction and the philosophy of going that “extra mile”. More

He  was instrumental in growing DECExecutive, Digital's consulting and staffing business in the UK from a near start-up to a 20m+ business in 5 years.

As European Sales Director of Halian, Jon has helped to grow integrated business offerings to support corporate IT operations in the UK and across Europe.

Jon says “I believe that what makes us different from any competition is our near obsession with client satisfaction and our willingness to go that extra mile for our clients. Generally our clients recognise these differentiators and the trust this builds helps to create long term customer loyalty. As a people organisation we value the contribution that all our people make to the business and we are keen to see people grow and take on new challenges.”

 

Stuart Fry – Emerging Markets Director

Stuart joined the Halian Team in 2008 with over 15 years experience of working in the technology workforce industry. More

He is well respected by clients and consultants alike and brings to Halian a dynamic, customer driven attitude. Having worked across the UK, Europe, North America and now the Middle East & Africa region, Stuart is adept at understanding corporate cultures and has the ability to deliver IT service excellence where others have failed.

 “I am a great believer in exceeding our customer’s expectations and building relationships for the long term. You can only do that by knowing your chosen markets, working hard on delivering an outstanding service and being enthusiastic about what you do.”

 

Eric Grosset - Strategy & Development Director

Eric joined Halian in September 2010 after more than 25 years of successful positions held in IT Services companies in France, Benelux and the Nordics. More

One of his colleagues described him as a "virus infecting European teams with his passion for quality service and relentless enthusiasm".

He successfully blends a pragmatic, analytical approach and creative, out of the box thinking to deliver the service model that will best fit his customer's needs. His ability to evaluate and challenge processes allows him to drive continuous improvement and innovation with one goal in mind : enhancing customer satisfaction. Eric enjoys rugby, in which he sees lots of parallels with business life: The right competencies in the right place, at the right time, working together as a team will always win.

David O'Malley - Finance Director

David joined the Halian board in 2004 and has over 20 years experience of working in the IT services sector . More

As a seasoned chartered accountant, who has operated at board level for public listed companies, David brings a depth of business understanding and financial expertise that has already contributed significantly to the successful growth of Halian.

Halian regularly draws on his understanding of financial drivers in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, media, software, distribution and the consulting sectors. His work is vital in the financial modelling of Halian annuity based Managed Services and Projects offers to insure our customers get the very best financial deal while protecting the bottom line of the business.
