• Administer and enhance Apache Kafka: RBAC, architecture, topic/ACL governance, application integration, and mentoring team members.
• Manage Tomcat/Apache and optimise configurations.
• Full SSL certificate management (CSR, certificate chains, renewals).
• Automate processes using Ansible and apply Git best practices.
• Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem), maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and participate in on?call duties.
