We are looking for an IT Transformation Lead to support a large-scale digital transformation across multiple IT domains. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ITSM environments (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy/Helix), SIAM, and ITIL, combined with solid skills in change adoption and stakeholder engagement.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transformation activities across several IT towers

• Drive communication, alignment, and adoption of new processes

• Conduct impact assessments and readiness activities

• Support training and enablement for impacted teams

• Track adoption KPIs and ensure governance alignment

• Collaborate closely with business, IT teams, and service providers

Ideal Profile:

• Strong background in ITSM transformations

• Experience in change adoption and communication

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in complex, multi?tower IT environments
