Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a CRM social platform project within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
- Drive collaboration between technical and business teams for successful implementation.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital transformation projects.
- Ability to work onsite in the UAE for the duration of the project (6–8 months).
