Responsibilities
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, job advertising, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify and engage qualified IT talent through various search channels.
• Coordinate assessments, prepare recruitment reports, and support hiring managers throughout the decision‑making process.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive and transparent recruitment experience.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to align recruitment activities with organizational needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and tools.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting, particularly for IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of direct search methods and social‑media‑based recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Excellent communication abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
