Senior Planning & Reporting Consultant (m/f/d)

Our client is looking for an experienced consultant in Planning & Reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess current planning processes and propose improvement opportunities.
- Design forecasting and performance models aligned with business needs.
- Structure financial data to enhance visibility, analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Configure and optimize the EPM solution used for budgeting and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT teams for integrations, enhancements or data-flow adjustments.
- Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to align processes and methodology.
- Oversee user testing cycles, ensuring quality and consistency of outputs.
- Share best practices and help upskill teams on new tools or processes.
- 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, reporting or performance management.
- Strong hands-on experience with EPM tools (modelling, configuration, data flows).
- Fluent English (international project).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of SAP environments (CO, PS…) is an advantage.
