Talent Partner (m/f/d)
A leading organization undergoing a broad digital transformation is seeking a Talent Partner to strengthen its people function. You will join an engaged and collaborative environment where personal growth, inclusion, and employee experience are key priorities. In this role, you will drive recruitment initiatives, enhance employer branding, and support learning and development programs across the organization.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from intake with hiring managers to offer negotiation.
- Define recruitment strategies and coordinate postings across relevant channels.
- Conduct CV screenings, phone interviews, and in-depth competency interviews.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners to ensure quality and compliance with agreed timelines.
- Support onboarding through check-in conversations and participation in welcome initiatives.
Employer Branding
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications to elevate the employer brand across all platforms.
- Create compelling content for job postings, career pages, and social media.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking initiatives.
- Collect and analyze insights from candidates and employees to optimize brand positioning.
- Drive initiatives that highlight the organization’s culture, values, and employee experience.
Learning & Development
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements.
- Identify development needs related to behavioral and technical competencies.
- Design and implement learning paths and annual training plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Maintain training databases and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Gather feedback and propose continuous improvements to the learning offering.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning & development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a broad organizational perspective.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and relevant legislation.
