We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team to work for our client, an EU Institution.

Responsibilities
- Analysis of Business requirements of transformation projects.
- Documentation of Business requirements, business process analysis, business processes modelling, use cases, test scenarios.
- Assistance in the drafting of Policy documents, Vision documents, Project Initiation Requests, Business cases, Project Charters and Security Plans.
- Manage the implementation of specific projects.
- Drive collaboration and stakeholders' engagement activities.
- Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports.
- Conducting research to find ways to improve the management and offering of services.
- Assessing new IT activities on alignment with organisation’s strategic goals and Operational objectives.
- Monitoring current IT portfolio and reporting.
- Assessing current IT portfolio related processes and tools and making proposals for their evolution.
- Local data correspondence support.
- Bachelor + 14 years of experience + > 3 years of specific expertise OR Master degree + 10 years experience + > 3 years of specific expertise
Specific Expertise
- Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagram, etc.).
- Good knowledge of project and portfolio management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, and Lean Agile.
- Meeting Facilitation.
- Good knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
General Expertise
- Proactive attitude and rapid self-starting capability.
- Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent.
- Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken, written).
- Project and Portfolio Management, for example PM2/PRINCE2/PM.
