A large international organisation operating in a highly regulated environment, delivering critical digital and security services across multiple business domains. The organisation is currently strengthening its cybersecurity capabilities and is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Implementer to support the deployment, operation, and optimisation of security controls and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement cybersecurity solutions and controls in accordance with defined architecture and security guidelines
- Deploy, operate, and continuously monitor security solutions to ensure optimal performance and protection
- Execute remediation actions following security audits, assessments, and testing activities
- Analyse configuration baselines, architecture documentation, and deployment plans to ensure compliant implementations
- Support the integration of security solutions based on vendor documentation and implementation playbooks
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including deployment procedures and implementation reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in implementing and operating cybersecurity solutions in complex environments
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, controls, and best practices
- Ability to interpret technical documentation such as architecture designs, deployment plans, and testing results
- Experience with security audits and remediation processes
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly valued
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in structured environments
