Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of CRM functionalities to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business scenarios.
- Collaborate with development teams to track and verify defect resolutions.
- Utilize test management and reporting tools for effective documentation.
- Identify and report issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in manual testing with CRM product exposure.
- Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with test management tools and reporting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination.
