| Job Purpose |
- Provide application analysis, gather technical details, create cloud deployment architecture and work with the application teams to migrate the applications to the cloud.
- Manage and Support Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure services.
- Responsible for owning the migration design and coordination between the app teams to conduct the migration. Provide technical solutions and cloud infrastructure architecture designs.
- Work alongside with the Digital Squad tam to organize the migration scheduling, prioritizing and execution of the migration activities.
- Supervise and lead the migration phases including application analysis, infrastructure provisioning, application build and deployment, testing, cutover and hyper-care support.
- Will be subject matter expert in cloud architecture and migration processes.
- Responsible for deployment of Azure VMs, AKS and Databases in a highly available environment.
- Develop code to manage the infrastructure component (deployment, integration, configuration, and testing).
- Design virtual networks to support workloads with the highest security and performance.
- Provide guidance and technical insights to the team for continuous improvements.
- Responsible for owning the migration design and coordination between the app teams to conduct the migration.

| Knowledge, Skills and Experience |
- Around 7-10 years of experience in supporting cloud solutioning and Cloud deployment, preferably in a banking sector.
- Infrastructure and OS level diagnosis Networking and Security.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Azure VDI.
- Deep knowledge in Containers and microservices.
- Experience in implementation of Cloud infrastructure and services using modern tools such as Terraform, ARM, AKS, Ansible, Function apps, AzSQL, Prisma, LogAnalytic, etc.
- Ensure engineering best practices are followed in design and implementation.
- Ensure code quality is of high standard as outlined by the cloud architect.
- Ensure “automation” approach is the primary strategy in solution engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerShell, yaml and a good understanding of Cloud API’s & Excellent understanding of management and control plane components, from Networking, Access Management, Policies and RBAC.
- Expert knowledge of networking and infrastructure provisioning consisting of networks, compute and storage.
