The Concept Architect for the Hospitality Business is responsible for developing creative and innovative architectural concepts for hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments. This role involves translating the brand’s luxury standards and guest experience goals into architectural designs that enhance the overall value of hospitality projects. The Concept Architect will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that all designs are aligned with the developer’s vision and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural concepts for hospitality projects.
• Conduct research and site analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to refine concepts.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and hospitality standards.
• Lead concept design phase, managing timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 8-10 years in hospitality design, especially luxury projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit; strong design, communication, and project management skills.
