Responsibilities
- Perform CRM configuration, customization, and integration tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and UI enhancements to meet business needs.
- Support migration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams to implement agreed requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in CRM development and solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in customizing and integrating CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in developing workflows, plugins, and UI enhancements.
- Solid understanding of deployment and migration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
