HRIS Consultant (m/f/d)
A leading organization undergoing a major HR transformation project. The company is implementing a new HR IT solution to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across multiple HR functions. They are seeking an experienced HRIS Integration Consultant / Coordinator to support this strategic initiative.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and coordinate the integration of a new HR IT solution across multiple entities.
· Ensure HR processes, data structures, and reporting frameworks are ready for implementation.
· Collaborate with internal HR teams, group-level stakeholders, and external providers to align processes.
· Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth system deployment.
· Support modules such as HR Reporting & Controlling, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration.
· Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications and Skills
· Strong knowledge of HRIS systems or ability to learn quickly.
· Solid experience in HR transformation projects (around 5 years).
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
· Fluent in English; French and/or Flemish is a plus.
