Job Title: IT and Cyber Risk Management Advisor

Mission Context:

As part of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, you will support IT and Business Units in managing operational risks, especially in Information Security. You will work to reduce IT and Cyber risk exposure, aligning with Group policies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform security risk quality assurance, from creation to closure.
• Provide risk management advice, including supporting risk assessments, proposing mitigation measures, and creating risk reports.
• Report on risks and provide dashboards for management.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for risk management services.
• Contribute to improving risk management methods, tools, and procedures.
• Manage security matters related to assets and their CIAT rating.

Requirements:

• Languages: English and at least one local language (French or Dutch)
• Education: Master’s degree
• Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSK
• Experience: At least 8 years in IT/cyber risk management, with experience in ISMS, cloud services (SaaS, AWS), and banking environments.
• Skills: Understanding control frameworks, audit methodologies, change management, and security best practices
