Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Ariba in a live environment
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across:
Ariba Commerce Automation
Sourcing & Contracts
Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
Support integrations with SAP ERP / S/4HANA via CIG
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions
Assist users with training, guidance, and troubleshooting
Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–8+ years of SAP Ariba experience (support or implementation)
✅ Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) & S2C (Source-to-Contract)
✅ Hands-on expertise in:
Ariba Buying & Invoicing
Ariba Sourcing / Contracts
Ariba Network
✅ Experience with CIG integration, APIs, IDocs
✅ Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or ticketing tools
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
