As an IT Veeva Vault Quality Configuration Specialist, you will manage and optimize IT systems within the IT QA Department. You will be a key expert for the Veeva Quality suite, overseeing system configurations and contributing to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Manage Veeva Vault Quality configurations and updates.
  Oversee annual releases and resolve issues.

• Project Support: Assist with documentation, installation, and testing for projects.

• Improvements and Innovations: Enhance user interfaces and implement new solutions.
  Explore AI technologies for Data Quality Control.

• Qualification Activities: Write and execute qualification scripts with IT compliance.

• Configuration Management: Implement and document configuration changes.

• Incident Support: Provide third-level support and ensure timely resolution.

• Collaboration: Work with global QA and IT teams, including managed services.

• Learning Opportunities: Develop new technical skills in a dynamic environment.

• Global User Base: Support a global user base for smooth IT operations.

Skills:

• Veeva Vault Administration: Expertise in Veeva Vault; certification preferred.
• System Administration: Experience with Cloud (SaaS) and on-premises applications.
• Technological Acumen: Knowledge of Veeva Vault Quality Suite, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Database Proficiency: Skilled with Oracle and MSSQL.
• QA Experience: Minimum 3 years; familiar with QA processes.
• CSV Knowledge: Understanding of Computer Systems Validation principles.
