Your Mission:

As a Regulatory & Compliance Specialist, you’ll:

• Analyze and improve key processes (AML, UBO, FinScan, ComplyAdvantage alerts)

• Define internal control frameworks and monitoring strategies

• Resolve backlog of regulatory alerts

• Create and deliver training for internal teams

• Lead a dedicated 2-person taskforce and ensure smooth handover

What You Bring:

• Solid understanding of Group Life business and Belgian regulatory landscape

• Experience with tools like FinScan, ComplyAdvantage, or similar platforms

• Strong skills in process structuring, risk identification, and control design

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities

• Proactive mindset with flexibility and critical thinking
