Recruiter - Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our Client:
Our client, a real estate company are seeking a Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts and help attract top talent across all departments.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new team members. You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure we’re hiring the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
Your Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and create clear, compelling job descriptions
• Use a mix of sourcing strategies—job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies and build strong candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams
Candidate Experience
• Ensure every candidate has a smooth, respectful, and professional experience • Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the hiring process
• Represent the brands values and culture in all candidate interactions
Onboarding & Training
• Support onboarding for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared
• Coordinate initial training and orientation sessions
• Monitor progress during probation and provide feedback to managers
Compliance & Process
• Keep recruitment practices aligned with UAE labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all hiring activities
• Help refine and improve recruitment processes as we grow
Reporting & Insights
• Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
• Share insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
Your Qualifications:
• +2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in real estate
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Understanding of UAE labor laws and hiring compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with onboarding and training is a plus
