? We're Hiring: Service Desk Agent | IT Support Specialist

? Your Mission As a Service Desk Agent, you'll be the go-to person for IT support—ensuring smooth operations, resolving incidents, and empowering users with the tools they need to succeed.

? What You'll Do

• Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently
• Collaborate with internal experts and external partners when needed
• Manage user accounts, email setups, backups, and system access
• Support AS400 operations and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Guide users on internal tools and create helpful documentation
• Install and configure software, and maintain installation procedures

? What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of AS400, Windows 11, Office 365, Exchange Online
• Bilingual in French and Dutch; English is a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, patience, and a user-first mindset

? Shift Work Required
Be ready to work in a rotating schedule to ensure continuous support.
