A leading European insurance organization undergoing a major digital transformation is seeking an experienced C# .NET Developer to join their team. This role involves contributing to new development initiatives, mentoring team members, and supporting the modernization of core systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices and programming standards.
• Participate in digital transformation projects to modernize legacy systems.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in C# and .NET development with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Ability to design and implement APIs and integrate with various systems.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Experience in the insurance sector, particularly life insurance, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Delphi or similar technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
