Python Developer (Generative AI) (m/f/d)

Join a AI Engineering Team within internal IT, to develop Python-based agents and backend applications integrating Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python agents using LLMs
- Collaborate with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build backend apps (FastAPI or equivalent)
- Work with business experts to understand needs and data
- Deliver short, agile projects (~2 months), often in parallel
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years in software development
- Strong Python expertise
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask or similar
- Solid understanding of LLM concepts: RAG, grounding, context engineering
- Backend development best practices
- Exposure to data analytics or data science projects
- Fluent in English
Ideal Profile
- Python developer with a data science mindset
- Able to grasp business challenges and communicate with stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience in API development and LLM integration
