Our client seeks a proactive Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on the link with internal departments and teams.

This role requires fluency in French and English and strong relationship management skills.

Tasks:

• Primary contact for the clients, building strong relationships
• Manage all legal and contractual aspects (interpretation, negotiation, compliance)
• Proactively work with the team leaders and meet deadlines
• Ensure alignment of services with clients objectives
• Report on account status and legal/contractual updates
• You'll be the link between your team and the other departments

Profile:

• Proven client-facing experience (Relationship/Account Management), accounting
• Fluent in French and English (written/spoken); other language would be an asset
• Solid understanding of legal and contractual principles
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive
