RPG Developer (m/f/d)

A leading financial services organization operating across multiple markets and offering a wide range of investment and brokerage solutions. The company is strengthening its internal project department and is seeking an experienced Développeur RPG to support ongoing development initiatives within a fully in?house environment.
Responsibilities
•     Conceive, develop, and maintain RPG applications to support business operations and internal projects.
•     Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and fellow developers to translate functional needs into robust technical solutions.
•     Ensure code quality, performance, and long?term maintainability across all delivered modules.
•     Participate in the evolution and optimization of existing systems to meet changing business requirements.
•     Provide technical expertise and guidance within an experienced development team.
•     Contribute to project planning, estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
•     10–15 years of experience in RPG development within complex and evolving environments.
•     Strong understanding of software development best practices and structured methodologies.
•     Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team composed of Business Analysts, developers, and a project manager.
•     Proficiency in French; knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
•     Strong analytical mindset with the ability to propose reliable and scalable solutions.
•     Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with two days of remote work per week.
