Job Title: Data Lead – Reconciliation
Your Next Challenge:
Are you a data expert ready to take the lead on a high-impact reconciliation program? We’re looking for a Data Lead – Reconciliation to drive a large-scale initiative focused on data accuracy, migration validation, and audit trail implementation—particularly within insurance and financial services environments.
This is a key role for someone who thrives on solving complex data puzzles and has hands-on experience with ETL processes, SQL, and legacy system integration. If you’re passionate about data integrity and technical leadership, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own and lead end-to-end reconciliation initiatives across multiple teams.
• Design robust reconciliation frameworks to validate critical data migrations.
• Identify root causes of data mismatches and implement effective resolutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Guide both local and nearshore teams on implementing data quality controls.
• Develop clear documentation, dashboards, and audit-ready reports.
• Oversee post-migration validation and continuously improve data integrity processes.
What You Bring:
• 8+ years of experience in data migration, reconciliation, or related areas.
• Mastery of SQL and strong command of SQL-based tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver on complex data projects.
• Deep domain knowledge in Life Insurance or Financial Services is essential.
• Expertise in ETL pipelines, data validation, debugging, and reporting.
• Fluent in French (Native/Bilingual) and English (Professional Working Proficiency).
Nice to Have:
• Previous experience as a project or technical lead on data-heavy migration programs.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Background in document digitalization or archive transformation is a plus.
