A leading organization focused on driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the financial and technology sectors is seeking an HR Executive - Employee Services. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Administer employee and dependent medical insurance, handling enrollments, cancellations, and invoice processing.
• Prepare and review official HR documents and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies across all HR processes.
• Maintain HR systems and data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa/work permit processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
