A global financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking an IT Delivery Manager to join their team and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, with a focus on enhancing self-service kiosks at airport locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of self-service kiosks at airport locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedures.
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and processes.
• Manage initiatives related to network operations.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies with existing infrastructure.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience working on airline applications is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of airline industry business processes and technology.
• Experience with infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to understand construction and how technology works in that space.
