? Your Mission

You’ll be at the heart of translating business needs into robust architectural designs. With a clear vision and a collaborative mindset, you’ll guide development and design teams to build solutions that are cost-effective, future-proof, and aligned with strategic goals.

? Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Vision

• Maintain and evolve the application landscape.
• Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and apply them to real-world challenges.
• Present architectural concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Use modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect) to document and communicate architecture.

Project & Change Support

• Translate business requirements into coherent solution architectures.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Ensure architectural consistency throughout project implementation.
• Keep architectural patterns and principles up to date and relevant.

Strategic Roadmapping

• Contribute to long-term architectural vision and roadmaps.
• Adapt frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to fit organizational needs.
• Promote architectural best practices across teams.

?? What You Bring

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and at least one national language.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture disciplines and frameworks.
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevSecOps, cloud deployment, and interoperability models (SOA, Microservices, APIs, etc.).
• Experience with modeling techniques (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN).
• Understanding of project methodologies (PRINCE2, SAFe).
• Technical awareness of development technologies (.NET, Java).
