We are currently seeking an experienced IT Vendor Specialist. The selected candidate will join the Infrastructure Services Unit, contributing to international projects in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support vendor negotiations and tender processes for international organizations.
• Define pricing strategies and contribute to procurement planning.
• Manage and monitor IT contracts, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, order tracking, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth vendor operations.

Profile:

• Proven experience in vendor management, contract handling, and tender participation.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
• Background or understanding of IT environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel occasionally for short business trips.
