Network Technician (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and de-installation of hardware: switches (LAN), routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and servers.
- Support infrastructure rollouts including switch installation and structured cabling during construction or setup phases.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of equipment, including asset labelling (barcoding) and cable identification.
- Add/remove/document cable and port connectivity; remove unused cabling and hardware.
- Ensure structured cabling and physical setup meet required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and physical infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Network or Field Technician, with strong hands-on skills in installation and cabling.
- Comfortable working independently on-site, taking initiative, and managing tasks without constant supervision.
- Basic configuration skills for network devices (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortigate).
- Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and physical network infrastructure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent German (spoken & written), basic English (A2–B1).
