We are seeking a Program Manager – AI Strategy to lead strategic AI initiatives across the Middle East.

Experience bracket: 14-18 Years experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop up-to-date strategy frameworks for AI Strategy for the middle east region
- Understand and comprehend UAE and KSA government’s roadmap and vision for AI
- Develop and communicate a clear, actionable AI strategy aligned with client's business objectives
- Ability to develop client specific AI roadmap and recommendations with prioritized AI opportunities
- Lead the AI strategy engagements for client ensuring successful delivery with high quality deliverables
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and methodologies, embedding AI best practices into client's culture and workflows
- Establish robust AI governance practices to support compliance, risk management, and ethical AI standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and aligned with strategic goals
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on performance and business needs.
- Knowledge of recent AI tools , technical capabilities and tool applications
- Ability to lead a consulting engagement – plan the engagement, resource planning, AI deliverables mapping , manage client expectations and deliver the program
