What You'll Do:
- Design & Improve: Lead the design, assessment, and improvement of service flows.
- User Research: Apply user research methodologies to validate and enhance product design and development.
- Actionable Insights: Translate service flow analysis into actionable UI/UX improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with business teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
- Experience: Strong background in service flow design, assessment, and improvements.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
- Research: Proficiency in user research methodologies and their real-world applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders effectively.
