The resource will be responsible for cybersecurity risk management and will be responsible for overseeing and managing cybersecurity risk functions within the company in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines while minimizing risks. They will work closely with various departments to ensure the organization operates safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to mitigate potential threats.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the risk management framework.
• Implement a risk management program to identify and address security risks that may impact the company and manage the risk register.
• Maintain a centralized security risk register and provide clear and reliable reports to the cybersecurity committees.
• Conduct initial risk screening and due diligence, including a comprehensive review of scope, context, and data.
• Conduct security reviews to identify vulnerabilities, leading to recommendations for consideration in security planning and budget cycles.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to enhance cybersecurity risk awareness.
• Develop and create reports, dashboards, and presentations on cybersecurity risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management.
• Must be a Saudi national only.
• Must have a strong understanding of NCA rules and company standards.
• Must have technical knowledge of common network hardware components, including routers, firewalls, servers, and endpoints.
• Must hold a relevant certification, e.g., Certified Risk Management Professional, CRISC, CISSP.
• Must have technical knowledge of common cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must have effective communication and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels within the organization.
