Our timeline
Halian was founded in London, U.K.
Halian entered the Luxembourg market.
Halian entered the Middle East market.
Halian established its Oracle Managed Services offering in the UAE and delivered its first contract staffing services for TDIC in Abu Dhabi.
Halian ranked 11th fastest-growing IT services SME in the Sunday Times International Fast Track 100.
Began major healthcare engagements, including the implementation of Cerner at Sidra Medicine and Hamad Medical Corporation.
Halian ranked 4th amongst IT service providers in Thames Valley 250 list.
Halian acquired a labour supply licence for the UAE.
Halian initiated direct services in the KSA, establishing a Permanent Recruitment practice focused on dedicated hiring and headhunting solutions.
Following a management buyout by a private equity firm, Halian entered a new era under the leadership of CEO Stuart Fry. Halian established offices in Athens and Belgium.
Halian acquired Staffgroup GmbH, Staffgroup SAS, Staffgroup InternationalLtd and Staffgroup Zug.
Halian accelerated its growth through the targeted acquisition of Austin Fraser and Austin Vita.
NES Fircroft, the world’s largest engineering and technical staffing agency, acquired Halian.
