Device Management Specialist - KSA National (m/f/d)

A leading global managed services partner supporting organizations with secure, scalable, and high?performance device and endpoint operations. The company is seeking a Device Management Specialist (KSA National) to enhance platform stability, security, and user experience across a large enterprise environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
• Maintain endpoint health and availability, including coordinated patching and software updates across the device estate.
• Design, implement, and manage security and operational policies for enterprise device platforms.
• Execute approved platform changes and contribute to incident and problem management activities.
• Implement and update governance rules and policies across endpoint platforms in line with contractual scopes.
• Support threat investigations by collaborating with security teams on device-related evidence and remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and standard operating procedures for device operations.


Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in enterprise device management and endpoint operations within large organizations.
• Strong understanding of security operations, policy governance, and service management practices (incident/problem/change).
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable platform configurations and operational procedures.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail for technical standards and SOPs.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross?functional work with security and operations teams.
• KSA nationality and Arabic fluency; willingness to work on?site in Riyadh or Eastern Region as needed.
