Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Architect and oversee large-scale platform implementations, driving optimization, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs while driving service improvement.
- Design and implement ITSM and IT Asset Management strategies aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present architecture proposals to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on platform strategy and optimization.
- Proven track record in managing managed services engagements and ITSM implementations.
- Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management and platform optimization.
- Knowledge of data architecture, AI solutions, and integration frameworks (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL and platform-specific credentials are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
