Founding Chief Technology Officer (m/f/d)
A global technology-driven venture focused on building an AI-first platform for financial innovation is seeking a visionary Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a co-founder. This strategic role offers the opportunity to architect and lead the development of next-generation infrastructure across AI, tokenization, and marketplace technologies.
Location: Global (Hybrid/Remote)
Engagement: Soft Start (Pre-Funding); Full or Fractional (Post-Funding)
Compensation: Equity-heavy Founder Package + Competitive Salary (Post-Funding)
Key PhasesPre-Funding (Strategy):
- Define the AI-first platform architecture and technical roadmap
- Participate in investor meetings
- Advise on early team and vendor strategy
- Own delivery of infrastructure and core product layers (AI, tokenization, marketplace)
- Build and lead the global engineering team
- Build a global architecture for high-velocity transactions
- Lead AI innovation
- Act as the public technology face for IPO readiness
- Proven CTO / Co-Founder with successful exit or IPO experience
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, FinTech infrastructure, and data engineering
- Experience with tokenization or blockchain frameworks preferred
- Strategic thinker with investor fluency, comfortable scaling aggressively
- Strong leadership network and ability to attract top technical talent
