Responsibilities:
- · Coordinate and execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns, including phishing simulations and training events.
- · Develop and deliver engaging content such as notes, demos, webinars, and presentations to promote secure ICT practices.
- · Collaborate with internal departments to create communication and promotional materials for awareness initiatives.
- · Update human factor risk assessments and contribute to strategic planning for future cybersecurity focus areas.
- · Draft and maintain ICT security policies, standards, and guidelines to support organizational security objectives.
- · Measure and report on the effectiveness and reach of awareness programs using appropriate tools and metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- · Proven experience in cybersecurity awareness planning and execution, including content creation and training delivery.
- · Hands-on experience with phishing simulation tools and techniques to assess user awareness.
- · Strong understanding of human factor risks in cybersecurity and ability to evaluate and mitigate them.
- · Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- · Experience in ICT security management, including policy development and strategic planning.
- · Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications in ICT security; fluency in English is required.
