We are seeking a Modern Workplace Architect to lead technical design and implementation across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Office 365, and Copilot. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals and architectural principles
• Define technical standards and ensure integration, scalability, and security
• Provide functional configuration and advisory support across Office 365 modules
• Lead governance, security (Purview, DLP, authentication), and compliance (GxP readiness) activities
• Manage platform environments and automation strategies
• Optimise workflows and data architecture
• Drive innovation and platform extensions
• Develop reporting and continuous monitoring frameworks
• Conduct cost analysis and optimisation
• Produce documentation and support knowledge sharing
• Oversee validation and qualification processes

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of architecture experience in Microsoft ecosystems
• Strong expertise in Office 365 and Power Platform
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management for Power Platform (solutions, pipelines, versioning)
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Graph API and MCP for agents
• Strong documentation skills (mandatory)
• Ability to collaborate with offshore teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
