OT Security expert (m/f/d)

We are looking an OT Security expert to strengthen the cybersecurity of industrial systems across multiple European sites by coordinating regional security actions and ensuring compliance with industrial security policies.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the interface between local business units and central IT/OT teams
· Ensure compliance with industrial security policies by monitoring the implementation of security measures
· Coordinate cybersecurity actions across regional sites to strengthen OT/ICS security
· Provide regional incident coordination and follow up on remediation plans
· Monitor and support the implementation of preventive security measures tailored to industrial environments
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven expertise in OT Security
· Strong knowledge of IT and OT networking, including OT-specific technologies such as ISC/SCADA systems
· Solid understanding of ISA/IEC 62443 standards
· Ability to act as a liaison between local operational teams (labs, shopfloor, facility management) and central IT/OT management
