Product/Project Manager
A. Job Overview:
The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the end-to-end execution of a project to replace machines from one vendor to another. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful implementation of the new machines. The PM will work closely with other departments, including operations, vendors and sales, to ensure the transition is smooth and efficient.
B. Key Responsibilities
Project Managment:
- Plan and update deliveries in collaboration with key stakholders
- Establish clear communication channels for reporting and updates including timelines, resources, and milestones
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Set expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed about the project's progress.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks related to the transition of machines, including technical, operational, and vendor-related risks.
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ellaborate contingency plans
Vendors Coordination:
- Work with the new machine vendor to ensure timely delivery and proper installation.
- Monitor the progress of machine replacement and resolve any issues related to the vendor's deliverables.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, detailing key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including scope changes, timelines, and any modifications.
C. Qualifications:
· Analytical and problem solving skills to be able to build, measure and analyze product performance and be able to suggest corrective measures/propose new ideas/solutions.
· Presentation skills

C. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of project management / product management experience, including machine or technology replacement projects.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Focus on internal (sales/Relationship Managers) and external clients (Bank Clients)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
