Leading Strategic Migration & Distribution Readiness

Excited to take on a new challenge as Project Manager for a major transformation initiative focused on Onboarding, Commercial Migration, and Distribution Readiness.

? Mission Objective
Driving the successful delivery of a multi-stream migration program, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and stakeholder alignment across onboarding, commercial operations, and distribution channels.

? Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Governance: Building and maintaining detailed plans, facilitating governance meetings (SteerCo, ExCo, internal committees), and ensuring timely execution of key milestones.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact between business analysts, product managers, and external stakeholders. Leading alignment meetings and communication rollouts.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying dependencies, managing blockers, and tracking mitigation actions.
• Deliverable Oversight: Ensuring quality and timely delivery of broker segmentation, training materials, migration strategies, and regulatory notices.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Preparing weekly status updates and overseeing resource allocation and budget consumption.

? Profile Requirements

• Strong knowledge of life insurance, commercial operations, and distribution models.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proven ability to deliver complex regulatory and commercial projects on time and within budget.
• Resilient, client-focused, and a fast learner—ready to thrive in dynamic environments.
