Senior BPR (Planning and Reporting) Consultant (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Senior BPR (Planning and Reporting) Consultant. This role is part of an international programme focused on planning, reporting, and financial performance. The consultant will work within a cross-functional team, supporting business stakeholders and finance leaders in the design and implementation of reporting solutions. The environment is SAP S/4HANA-based, with integration across controlling and project systems.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements and define planning/reporting processes
· Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
· Support the design and build of BPC Embedded solutions
· Collaborate with finance teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
· Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA, particularly CO and PS modules
· Provide expert guidance on long-term contract reporting (IFRS15) if applicable
· Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
· Contribute to testing, validation, and deployment phases
· Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
· Techno-functional profile with strong business acumen
· Proven experience in facilitating business workshops
· Expertise in BPC Embedded
· Fluent in English (mandatory for international collaboration)
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
