Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) function across multiple European and UK locations. This role involves strategic oversight of anti-financial crime measures including AML, ABC, and sanctions, while managing a team of specialists and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• FCC Strategy & Oversight: Design and implement robust AML, ABC, and sanctions frameworks across jurisdictions.
• Policy Leadership: Develop and maintain FCC policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate financial crime risks.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of FCC professionals, fostering a culture of compliance and collaboration.
• Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and represent the organization in industry forums.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration; CAMS or CFE certification preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in financial crime compliance within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of European and UK AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery regulations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.
