Our client:

Our client is seeking a Director of Partnerships & Enterprise Solutions to join their team based in London, UK.

Working at the intersection of learning, consulting, and technology, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and partners, your role will be to design and co-create commercially viable and transformative solutions that position our client as a strategic capability partner for the world’s most prominent brands. You’ll be instrumental in building and managing relationships within the consulting landscape, enabling collaborative selling approaches and strategic partnerships that leverage complementary capabilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships for mutual growth within the consulting and systems integration ecosystem

  • Develop joint sales strategies and promotional activities to ‘sell through’ consulting partners to end customers, creating win-win scenarios across the partner network

  • Build go-to-market strategies that leverage consulting firms’ existing client relationships and transformation mandates

  • Accelerate revenue generation through partner ecosystems in close alignment with Sales and Marketing teams, particularly focusing on consulting-led opportunities

  • Lead consultative discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation needs

  • Develop compelling proposals and pitches for executive audiences that articulate value through consulting partnership models

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through enterprise transformation and technology roadmaps while coordinating with consulting delivery partners

Your Qualifications:

  • Must have experience gained from a Big 4, Tier 1 Systems Integrator or leading strategic consulting firm with deep understanding of the consulting sales and delivery landscape

  • Significant experience gained in consulting-led transformation programmes, with proven track record of designing value-based partnership models that enhance consulting firms’ service offerings

  • Strong network and relationships within the consulting ecosystem, including knowledge of how consulting firms structure partnerships and collaborate on client engagements

  • CXO level operations and comfort presenting to C-Suite, with ability to articulate value propositions that resonate with both consulting partners and end clients

  • Big ticket mindset with exposure to complex enterprise high-value deals and partnership environments, particularly multi-party consulting engagements

  • Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that span multiple functions, with understanding of how consulting firms approach large-scale change programs

  • Experience in contract negotiations and managing the end-to-end sales process of large contracts, including three-way partnerships involving consulting firms, technology providers, and enterprise clients
