Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Genesys Cloud platform. This role involves cross-country collaboration and alignment of infrastructure with evolving business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Genesys Cloud solutions tailored to contact center operations
  • Collaborate with suppliers to define technical blueprints and manage service delivery
  • Ensure platform stability and performance through proactive operations management
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with internal IT systems and workflows
  • Share best practices and provide technical escalation support
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Support incident management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with the Genesys Contact Center Analyst on routing, IVR, and KPI tracking

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud (Architect, WEM tools, digital channels, analytics, AI)
  • Proficiency in JSON, RegEx, APIs, and dynamic workflows
  • Degree in IT, Business, Statistics, or equivalent experience
  • GCP certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be based in Europe and available for remote work
