IAM Business Analyst (m/f/d)

A leading financial organization is seeking an IAM Business Analyst to strengthen its identity and access management initiatives and ensure robust governance of role-based access.


Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze role-related information through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Define and document business roles, permissions, and access requirements aligned with organizational policies.
  • Maintain and update a centralized repository of business roles for consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT and IAM teams to ensure alignment with access control standards.
  • Identify opportunities for role optimization and standardization across departments.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing accurate role documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and identity/access management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver clear documentation.
