IT Analyst – Developer Mainframe

Job Description
Join a dynamic IT team focused on Group Life Insurance applications, where you'll contribute as both an analyst and developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the back-end Group Life application on a mainframe system.
• Conduct reverse engineering to produce technical and functional documentation.
• Act as a bridge between Business Analysts and end users by clarifying IT functionalities and documenting them.
• Handle Business-As-Usual (BAU) requests and ensure their timely delivery.

Your Profile

• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other national language.
• Proficient in English.

Technical Skills

• Mainframe Development: Experience with COBOL and/or Mantis.
• Databases: Familiarity with DB2 and IMS (DL1).
• Transactional Systems: Knowledge of CICS.

Business Knowledge

• Some understanding of Individual Life Insurance is required.
• Experience with Group Life Insurance is a strong advantage.
